Family is the core mantra of our "old-style family doctor" medical clinic. Providing compassionate and holistic patient-centered healthcare, from babies to the elderly, is our mission. To see an entire family, the grandparents, the parents, and the kids is a privilege and joy.

We love working as a team: our patients, the staff, and the providers. Our guiding philosophy is that prevention and education are the keys to good health.

It takes a village to nurture good healthcare and to connect our patients to community resources is one of our goals. We have an onsite enrollment specialist for Screening for Life and Healthcare Connections, programs for cancer screenings, and reduced healthcare costs.

As a nonprofit organization, we are especially focused on the uninsured and underinsured in our community. Our namesake is Sister Rosa Alvarez, one of three Carmelite sisters, (Sister Maria and Sister Acsencion the other two), who served the needy of Sussex County for over 20 years. In the spirit of their compassion and caring, we strive to provide a similar approach to our patients and community members.
